2. Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment in any course or workshop at Director's Cut Academy requires full payment of the specified fee unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other methods as indicated on our website. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must notify us in writing via email to [email protected]. The following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date of the course or workshop are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund.

Director's Cut Academy reserves the right to cancel any course or workshop due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, enrollees will receive a full refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Director's Cut Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.

Any materials created by students as part of their coursework remain the intellectual property of the student. However, Director's Cut Academy reserves the right to use student work for promotional purposes, with appropriate credit given to the student.

5. Code of Conduct

Director's Cut Academy is committed to providing a safe and respectful learning environment for all students, instructors, and staff. We expect all users of our website and participants in our programs to conduct themselves in a professional and ethical manner. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or discriminatory will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the program without a refund.

Specifically, the following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Theft, vandalism, or damage to property.
• Use of illegal drugs or alcohol on school premises.
